Yes, with Westman, you will be getting Fibre to the Home (FTTH), which typically raises the value of your home by an average of 3%. We will be investing nearly $2 million to bring High Speed Internet services to your community. Westman has invested $30 million over the past five years to ensure our members receive the speeds they are paying for. This has enabled us to offer the fastest residential Internet speed options in Manitoba since 2013 and have the infrastructure and capacity to deliver even higher speeds in the future. We provision our network to deliver the speeds that we advertise, and as an FTTH community, you will have access to the fastest speeds available (up to 1 GIGABIT) in the province.
We have a dedicated, local customer support team available to assist you 7 days a week, 365 days a year, from 8:00 a.m. to midnight. We have 40 broadband technicians to be dispatched if a home visit is required to address service issues that can't be addressed over the phone.
Digital Cable TV is fibre-connected to your home, which is a dedicated line that allows us to offer you high-quality services with minimum interruptions and no buffering. You will not experience weather interruptions, so rest assured you can enjoy your favourite shows during Manitoba storms.
