Westman Communications Group (WCG) has appointed its 2024 Board of Directors. Announced at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on December 2, 2023, the 2024 Board of Directors will be comprised of 11 members, with 3 new appointees.
The Board of Directors is democratically elected by WCG members and is made up of representatives from across the Westman region. This year’s new appointees include Dan Robertson as 2nd Vice Chair (Brandon), Lorne Zacharias as Board Treasurer (Elm Creek), and Mike Brolund as a Board Director (Brandon).
Returning members include Mike Csversko as Board Chair, Dave Mahoney as 1st Vice Chair, and Gail Janz as Secretary. Susan Brechmann, Barrie Brooking, Terry Fehr, Jason Roblin, and Chris Sobchuk all return as Board Directors.
“I’d like to congratulate our Board of Directors for 2024,” said WCG CEO Bud Keys. “These 11 individuals will help to represent the needs of our communities and will aid in our mission to create opportunities in underserviced areas within Westman.”
