As the situation continues to unfold regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus), your safety and security, as well as that of our staff remain our top priority. As such, we have made the decision to close our retail location, located at 1906 Park Avenue in Brandon, to the public effective Monday, March 23, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. with plans to re-open on April 20, 2020, subject to change as the situation continues to evolve.  

Customer support is our top priority and we want to assure you that we have trained staff and resources in place to continue to keep you connected, entertained, and informed.

Ordering & Changing Services 

You can still order and change your services. Upgrades to Internet and Cable TV packages can be easily done without the need for you or a technician to do anything.  

You can change or upgrade services in the following ways: 

  1. Complete an online order form and our customer service team will give you a call to complete your request:

Self-Installation Option (Internet and Cable TV)  

We are introducing a self-installation service option for Internet and most Cable TV services. If you choose this option, we will drop off the required equipment at your door, and then have our Technical Support team guide you through step by step instructions over the phone. Printed materials and how-to videos will also be available for reference to help guide you through your self-setup process.  

Bill Payment Options 

Please note that Westman has remote payment options available to you:  

  1. By credit card, please visit our My Westman online portal at  

  1. By your online banking website or mobile app; set Westman Communications Group up as a payee and follow their online bill payment instructions.

Equipment Return and Replacements
