COVID-19: What we are doing

As the situation unfolds regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus), your safety and security remain our top priority. While we always have sanitary procedures in place, we have proactively introduced many additional safety measures and increased our sanitary precautions for the wellbeing of our staff, our members, and our communities.

  • We have additional hand sanitizers throughout our building, increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection in high guest contact areas, and are providing information about good hygiene practices and illness prevention to our staff.
  • We are prohibiting all corporate travel at this time.
  • Our Installation & Repair team is taking increased sanitary precautions before entering members’ homes and businesses.
  • All equipment is wiped clean and properly sanitized in our warehouse and again on site before they are installed in the home or provided to members via our retail location.
  • We encourage you to take advantage of our online payment options through our My Westman portal at https://westmancom.com/my-westman.

We understand the need for increased flexibility right now, so if you have any questions, concerns, or wish to change an upcoming appointment, please contact one of our customer service representatives at 1-800-665-3337.
