Westman InfiniTV is designed to simplify your life by making your TV smarter and accessing entertainment easier. You can now enjoy Westman Live TV, Video on Demand (VOD), and your streaming services like Crave, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, and *Westman GO Apps all in one place.

How do I get Westman InfiniTV?
The easiest way to get Westman InfiniTV is by visiting our website. You can fill out a form at the bottom of the page to sign up today! The Westman InfiniTV set-top box is owned by Westman Communications Group and rented to you on a month-by-month basis. Note that InfiniTV is currently available only in select locations.

What can I expect after I order Westman InfiniTV?
An appointment will be set up with you to install your InfiniTV set-top box within the next 3-7 business days, based on availability! One of our friendly Technicians will come to your house, install it, and guide you through the steps and features to make the most out of your ultimate TV experience.

What content is available on Westman InfiniTV?
You will have access to enjoy Westman Live TV, Video on Demand, and your streaming services such as YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, Crave, Disney+, and select Westman GO Apps.

What storage packages are available with Westman InfiniTV nDVRs?
We offer two nDVR storage packages:

• Up to 150 hours of recording
• Up to 350 hours of recording

Why do I need Westman’s High-Speed Internet to get InfiniTV from Westman?
We need to ensure your Internet connection is fast, reliable, and secure. By providing this connection, we'll offer a better-quality experience, as well as be able to diagnose and resolve any issues quickly.

Will I be using my subscribed Internet bandwidth to watch live TV?
Your live TV will not use your Westman Internet bandwidth unless you're streaming apps like Amazon Prime Video, Crave, etc.

If I cancel Westman InfiniTV, will I lose my Internet service?
No, canceling your Westman InfiniTV will not affect your Internet service. However, you will be required to return your InfiniTV set-top box(es).

Is Westman InfiniTV a Whole Home solution?
Yes! The InfiniTV Whole Home experience extends throughout your home, so you can stream, record, share, and access your entire entertainment library from any room. You can add two, three, or more set-top boxes for bedrooms, kitchens, dens, or basements for a complete Whole Home experience.

How is Westman InfiniTV different from TiVo?
InfiniTV integrates streaming services, Westman Live TV, VOD, and Westman GO Apps into one place. No more switching between inputs or buying extra streaming devices. Plus, enjoy Restart and Lookback features on select channels, so if you forget to record a show, you can easily catch up. Record multiple shows at once without hassle.

How many InfiniTV set-top boxes can I have in my house?
You can have up to five InfiniTV set-top boxes in your house, allowing you to enjoy InfiniTV in every room.

What is Google Assistant?
You can control your InfiniTV box with your voice! Google Assistant will be set up during the initial install. To activate it, press the Google Assistant button on your remote and wait for the prompt to appear.

How do I get to the Features Bar to appear on the Westman InfiniTV app?
To access the features bar, press the "My TV" button, and it will appear on the left-hand side of your screen.

What is My InfiniTV?
My InfiniTV gives you a visually rich layout of popular programming, including selections like "Continue Watching," "Most Watched On Demand," and "Live TV Recommendations."

How do I get to my Live TV Guide?
On the InfiniTV app features bar, select “Live TV Guide” to display the InfiniTV guide. The grid-style guide will show channel numbers, show titles, and networks.

Can you fast forward/rewind live shows?
You can't fast forward or rewind live shows on TV.

Will my channel time-out?
All Live TV will time out after 3 hours of no user interaction. Live TV streaming will stop after 7 hours of no channel change.

How do I scroll through all the channel listings quickly in the Live TV Guide?
Press and hold the up or down button on your remote. The channels will move quickly. Release the button when you’re close to the channel you want, then press and release to scroll one channel at a time.

Can you make a favorites list of your shows on the InfiniTV box?
You can’t create a favorites list, but the InfiniTV box will suggest shows based on your viewing habits. You can navigate quickly using categories like Sports, Lifestyle, News, Kids, etc.

Can you pause Live TV?
Yes, you can pause Live TV for up to five minutes before it automatically resumes. After five minutes, it will resume in real-time.

If I leave the InfiniTV app, will it resume the same channel I watched before I left?
If you return within 15 minutes, the channel will resume from where you left off. Otherwise, the first channel in the guide will start playing.

How do you go back to the current time without scrolling through the guide?
Press and hold the back button on your remote to return to the current time.

Do I only see the channels I subscribe to?
Yes, you will only see the channels you subscribe to.

What is Restart and Lookback?

• Restart: Restart shows in progress on select channels.
• Lookback: Go back in time to watch a show from select channels, up to 72 hours.

How many hours can you go back on Lookback?
You can go back up to 72 hours on select channels.

Can you skip commercials while using Restart or Lookback?
You cannot skip commercials when using Restart or Lookback features.

How do I record a TV show or series?
Select "Recordings" from the features bar, then choose the show or movie you want to record. You can also record from the "Live TV Guide" or "My InfiniTV" section.

How many shows can I record at once?
You can record multiple shows at once, and your recordings are available for up to one year.

How do I delete a recorded show or series?
Go to "Recordings" in the InfiniTV app, select the program, then go to "Manage Recordings" and select "Delete Episode."

How do I cancel a scheduled recording or series?
Go to "Manage Recordings," then select "Cancel Series" or "Update Series Recording Options."

Can I watch a show while it's being recorded?
Yes, you can watch a show while it’s being recorded and also watch any other show while others are being recorded.

What happens if a live event I have scheduled to record goes into overtime?
The recording will stop when the scheduled time is up. To avoid missing the end, schedule extra time after the event.

Can I download my InfiniTV recordings on my Android devices to watch outside the home?
No, recordings cannot be downloaded for viewing outside the home, but you can use watchTVeverywhere.ca to stream on your devices.

What is A-Z Categories?
Categories allow you to easily browse channels by type, such as News, Networks, Sports, Kids, Movies, and more.

What is a Westman GO App?
Westman GO Apps let you stream TV shows, movies, and more, on demand, anywhere. Apps like A&E, CTV, Crave, Global, and more are available for free with your InfiniTV.

How to sign up for GO Apps?
Visit watchTVeverywhere.ca, select "Westman Communications Group," and follow the steps to register.

How do I download streaming services such as Amazon Prime Video?
Go to the Google Play section on your remote, find and install your preferred apps like Amazon Prime Video or Disney+.

How to fast forward or rewind a show?
While watching a show, press the “OK” button, then use the progress bar to fast forward or rewind (if available).

How to find the full details (information) on a show?
Press “OK” and navigate to the "i" symbol to view full details about the show.

When I'm using my InfiniTV, what can I do at home or away?

Does InfiniTV support both HD and SD programming?
Yes, InfiniTV offers both HD and SD programming for a crisp viewing experience.

Choosing an On Demand video
Select your On Demand content from the InfiniTV app's feature bar, with easy access
