Canada Post Strike. Ensure Uninterrupted Access to Your Bill!

As a valued member of Westman Communications Group, we want to keep you informed about the current service disruption at Canada Post. We understand this kind of situation can be a concern, and we want to assure you that we're here to help you navigate it. Due to the Canada Post strike, the delivery of your regular WCG paper bill will be affected. To ensure you continue to receive your billing information, we've put together step-by-step instructions on how to sign up for our free My Westman Portal.

Notice to InfiniTV Viewers
August 25, 2025
Coming soon, InfiniTV is being flipped over to our all-new WCG Connect TV (launching very soon!). As part of this transition, your existing InfiniTV recordings will not transfer to WCG Connect TV.
We encourage you to watch any saved recordings on InfiniTV in the next month to make sure you do not miss your favourite shows. Once the transition is complete, you will have access to Cloud DVR on WCG Connect TV, which allows you to record, store, and watch programs across all your devices.
Channel Update Notice (Sept 1, 2025)
August 1, 2025
Starting September 1, 2025, WCG will no longer carry the following television channels:
- ABC Spark (Channel 175)
- Nickelodeon (Channel 181)
- Disney XD (Channel 116)
- Disney Jr. (Channel 115)
These channels will be automatically removed from your channel guide, and any related charges will also be discontinued. No action is required on your part. If you have any questions or would like help exploring other viewing options, our team is here to assist you.
