Westman MagicMail Email: Issues Sending/Receiving

If you're experiencing problems sending or receiving emails with Westman MagicMail, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Email Not Sending

  1. Verify Your Internet Connection

    • Ensure your device is connected to the internet. A weak or unstable connection can prevent emails from sending.

  2. Check the Recipient’s Email Address

    • Double-check the recipient's email address for typos or errors. An incorrect address will cause the email to fail.

  3. Ensure Your Mailbox Isn’t Full

    • If your mailbox is full, you won’t be able to send emails. Delete unnecessary emails or clear your trash folder to free up space.


Not Receiving Emails

  1. Check Your Spam/Junk Folder

    • Sometimes emails are incorrectly marked as spam. Check your spam or junk folder for the missing message.

  2. Verify the Sender’s Email Address

    • Ensure the sender has your correct email address and check for typos in their message details.

  3. Ensure Your Mailbox Isn’t Full

    • A full mailbox can also block incoming emails. Clear some space by deleting old messages or emptying your trash.
