Troubleshooting: Missing TV Channels
If you're missing channels on your TV, don't worry! Follow these steps to help resolve the issue and get back to watching your favorite programs.
Ensure Your Subscription Covers the Channel
Double-check that the channel is included in your subscription. You can:
- Review your statement.
- Log in to your My Westman Portal to view your current package.
- Call our support team if you're unsure about what channels are included in your plan.
Perform a Channel Scan
A channel scan can help ensure your TV is properly tuned to all available channels.
- Navigate to your TV’s Settings Menu and select Channel Scan or Auto Program to refresh the available channels.
TiVo Users: Check the Channel List
If you're missing channels in the TiVo Guide, follow these steps:
- Press the TiVo button on your remote.
- Go to Menu > Settings > Channel Settings > Channel List.
- Make sure all channels you want to watch have a blue checkmark next to them.
