Troubleshoot Your Wi-Fi
Having trouble connecting to Wi-Fi? Don’t worry—these quick steps can help you get back online:
-
Ensure Wi-Fi is Turned On
It might sound simple, but check if Wi-Fi is enabled on your device. Many devices have a Wi-Fi toggle in their settings or on the taskbar. -
Check Other Devices
Test the network with another device, like a phone or laptop. If they connect, the issue might be specific to your device. If they don’t, it could be the Wi-Fi network. -
Restart Your Router
Turn your router off, wait 10-15 seconds, and turn it back on. Sometimes, a quick reboot is all it takes to fix connectivity issues. -
Move Closer to the Router
If you’re having Wi-Fi issues, move closer to the router and check if the signal improves. If it does, this is most likely a range issue rather than a typical troubleshooting problem. Solving range issues may require additional equipment, such as a Wi-Fi extender, or adjusting your router's placement.
If these steps don’t work, you may need to contact our help desk for further assistance.
