SmartBiz: Network Setup

SmartBiz comes with four customizable networks to meet your business needs.

Use these steps to set up business, staff, and point-of-sale (POS) networks:

Creating a Network

1. Open the app and tap Network on the home screen.
2. Tap the + icon to add a network.
3. Enter a Network Name (e.g., "Business Network" or "Staff Network").
4. Set a secure Wi-Fi password and tap Save.
5. To share the network, tap Share Network, then choose sharing options such as email or text.

Setting Up a Point-of-Sale (POS) Network

1. The POS network does not broadcast its SSID by default.
2. Tap Edit and toggle broadcasting on to temporarily display the SSID for device connections.
3. Use Connect Device via WPS to securely connect compatible devices.
4. After setup, toggle broadcasting off for added security.
