Network Resilience

Ensure your business stays connected during outages with cellular backup:

1. Tap Network, then select Network Resilience.
2. Toggle the option on and select a cellular hotspot device.
3. Enter the hotspot password and connect.
4. Assign critical networks to the backup device.

Network Access Hours

Control when customers can access your Wi-Fi:

1. Open My Network and select Customer Portal.
2. Choose Network Access Hours under Options.
3. Set start and end times for daily or custom schedules.
4. Add time limits (e.g., 30 minutes) for individual access.
