Payment options for your bill

How to pay your WCG bill

Westman Communications Group offers several convenient payment options to make it easy for members to pay their statements:

  • Cheque or Money Order: Payable to Westman Communications Group. Please write your account number on the cheque or money order and include your statement stub. Payments can also be made at most financial institutions.

  • Credit Card: Pay using MasterCard or Visa at our Brandon office or through the My Westman Portal. The portal allows you to securely manage your account and make one-time credit card payments online anytime.

  • Interac: Available at the Brandon office only.

  • Cash: Pay in person (please do not send cash through the mail).

  • Telephone & Online Banking: Set up payments through your bank or credit union.

  • Automatic Debit payments: Set up Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD), which allows WCG to automatically withdraw the amount due from your bank account from your chequing account. This is the preferred method for efficiency and convenience.

    • WCG offers two convenient options for Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) payments:

      1. Bank Account PAD – Automatically withdraw your amount due each month from your bank account. Simply fill out the form below and attach a void cheque. You can submit the form by mail or email, or drop it off at our office.

      1. MyWestman PAD – Set up PAD through your MyWestman account using your credit card or Visa Debit. This option provides flexibility for those who prefer card payments.
