How to read your WCG statement
Your Westman Communications Group (WCG) statement provides an easy-to-read summary of your account charges, payments, and services. To access your current or past statements, simply log into your My Westman Portal, where they are available anytime. Statements include essential information about your account number, contact details, payment summary, and the total amount due.
Not a Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) customer yet?
WCG offers two convenient options for Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) payments:

Bank Account PAD – Automatically withdraw your amount due each month from your bank account. Simply fill out the form below and attach a void cheque. You can submit the form by mail or email, or drop it off at our office.

MyWestman PAD – Set up PAD through your MyWestman account using your credit card or Visa Debit. This option provides flexibility for those who prefer card payments.
