How to Change Your Wi-Fi Password Using the Connect Wi-Fi App

Changing your Wi-Fi password is quick and easy with the Connect Wi-Fi app! Follow these simple steps to update your password:

  1. Open the Connect Wi-Fi App

    • Log in to your account if prompted.

  2. Navigate to "My Network"

    • From the main dashboard, select "My Network" at the top of the main menu.

  3. Choose the Network to Edit

    • In the "My Network" section, you’ll see a list of your current networks, including your primary network and any guest or secondary networks you may have.

    • Select the network you want to edit.

  4. Edit Your Network Settings

    • Once you select the network, you’ll see its details, including:

      • Network Name (SSID)

      • Security Type

      • Wi-Fi Password

    • Tap the Edit button in the top-right corner of the screen.

  5. Update Your Wi-Fi Password

    • Tap the Wi-Fi Password field to edit.

    • If you want to view your current password, tap the eye icon next to the password field.

    • Enter a new password. Ensure it is strong and secure by using a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters.

  6. Save Your Changes

    • Once you’ve entered your new password, tap Save in the top-right corner to apply the changes.

How to Set Up a Guest Network

The Connect Wi-Fi app also allows you to set up a guest network for visitors. Here’s how:

  1. Create a Guest Network

    • In the "My Network" section, tap the "+" icon and select "Networks".

  2. Customize Your Guest Network

    • Set a name (SSID) and password for the guest network.

    • Choose a time limit for the guest network, such as endless access or a specific start and end time.

  3. Share Details with Guests

    • Share the guest network details with your visitors via text or email directly from the app.

What If I Forget My App Password?

If you’ve forgotten your app password, resetting it is simple:

  1. On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password".

  2. Follow the prompts to reset your password via email.

  3. Log back into the app with your new password.
