  1. The Warm Up & Win Giveaway is open to Manitoba residents who are 18 years of age or older and live in a community serviced by Westman Communications Group. Employees of WCG, their immediate family members, or anyone residing in the same household are not eligible to participate.
  2. By entering the giveaway, participants agree to follow these rules and confirm they meet the eligibility requirements. Participants also accept that all decisions made by WCG regarding the contest are final and binding.
  3. To enter, participants must respond to daily festive questions posted on WCG’s social media channels between December 16 and December 20. Each answer in the comments section counts as one entry, and participants can earn up to five entries by engaging with all five posts. Only one entry per participant per day is allowed.
  4. The grand prize includes Beats headphones, a WCG-branded blanket, socks, a to-go tumbler, and a mini Bluetooth speaker. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted in any way, and it is non-transferable. By accepting the prize, the winner grants WCG permission to use their name, likeness, and any statements for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  5. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the contest period. The winner will be randomly selected on December 23, 2024, and notified within one day via social media message, email, or phone. If the winner does not respond within three days, cannot be contacted, or is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner will be chosen.
  6. By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to allow WCG to use their submitted comments, names, likenesses, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation or notice, where permitted by law.
  7. WCG reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest if technical issues, fraud, or other factors disrupt its administration or fairness. Any participant who attempts to tamper with the contest process or violates these rules may be disqualified at WCG’s sole discretion.
  8. Participants release WCG and its affiliates from any liability related to their participation in the giveaway, including technical failures, unauthorized tampering, or errors in prize notification and administration.
  9. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform, including Facebook or Instagram.
