Westman has a robust network and infrastructure, and our communication services will remain fully operational during this challenging time. All Westman Internet plans include unlimited data, and we are prepared for any increase in usage that may result from changing household requirements.

Supporting our Members remains important to us and we want to assure you that we have the trained staff and resources in place to continue to keep you connected, entertained, and informed.

Self-Installation Option (Internet and Cable TV) 

We have introduced a self-installation service option for Internet and most Cable TV services. If you choose this option, we will drop off the required equipment at your door, and then have our Technical Support team guide you through step by step instructions over the phone. Printed materials and how-to videos will also be available for reference to help guide you through your self-setup process.

Bill Payment Options 

Please note that Westman has remote payment options available to you:

  1. By credit card, please visit our My Westman online portal at 
  2. By your online banking website or mobile app; set Westman Communications Group up as a payee and follow their online bill payment instructions.
  3. Mail a payment by cheque to:

Ordering & Changing Services 

You can still order and change your services. Upgrades to Internet and Cable TV packages can be easily done without the need for you or a technician to do anything. You can also change or upgrade services in the following ways:

  1. Complete an online order form and our customer service team will give you a call to complete your request:

    Monday to Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
    Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
    Saturday:10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
    Sunday: 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

We understand the need for increased flexibility right now, so if you have any questions, concerns, or wish to change an upcoming appointment, please contact one of our customer service representatives.


Equipment Return and Replacements 

We have implemented an equipment return bin for Members to safely handle returns. If you have any questions or concerns about making a return, please contact our Customer Service at 204-725-4300 or toll free at 1-800-665-3377.
