How We’re Keeping Western Manitobans Connected to
the People and Things They Love

Westman Communications Group is committed to assisting our Members in various ways during these challenging times. We know that working from home has become more common and staying in touch with family and friends is especially critical right now. To help our Members stay connected, we have initiated enhancements to lessen the financial impact of COVID-19 as we navigate these difficult times together.


We’ll Keep You Connected

Starting March 27, for 90 days, it is our pledge to you that we will: 

Not terminate services for any Residential or Small Business Members because of an inability to pay their Westman bills due to the disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Waive any late fees that any Residential or Small Business Members incur because of economic circumstances related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Have no rate adjustments for any of our services. The rate adjustments that were communicated to Members in early February to take effect April 1 will be deferred to September 1, 2020. Members who  have already been billed for parts of April will receive a credit adjustment on their next bill.

 Increase the speeds of all our Internet service packages by up to 20 percent to enhance your ability to work from home and to ensure you can continue to enjoy streaming video and audio as you practice positive ‘social distancing’.

Maintain a robust, reliable communications network that you can count on.  

Channels in Free Viewing Mode

Westman Members have been given access to several channels for free during this period to help keep you informed, and your family entertained.
